An Important Message to our Customers:
I’m reaching out to you directly regarding a deeply troubling and completely false accusation that has been circulating online.
A TikTok video began circulating yesterday showing a fire truck driving through a protest in Livonia, reportedly displaying a Confederate flag and allegedly shouting racial slurs. Disturbingly, the narrator of the video falsely identifies the truck as being associated with R&R Fire Truck Repair.
Let me be absolutely clear:
The vehicle in the video is not owned, operated, serviced, or in any way affiliated with R&R Fire Truck Repair.
Neither myself nor any member of our team has any connection whatsoever to the individuals involved in this incident. We condemn the actions portrayed in the strongest possible terms.
As you know, our family has proudly built this company over the past 30 years with honesty, integrity, and deep respect for the communities we serve-including the City of Detroit and departments throughout the state of Michigan.
We have already filed a formal police report and are cooperating fully with law enforcement as they investigate those responsible for this defamatory and potentially Al-manipulated video. Legal action is being taken to hold accountable those spreading this false information and harassing our team.
I wanted to inform you proactively, as this situation may come to the attention of city officials or departments you’re involved with. If you have any questions or concerns at all, please don’t hesitate to reach out to me directly by phone or email.
Thank you for your continued trust and support.
Sincerely,
Ricke Rosselle
